A full refund is available within 7 days from the payment date, provided that the digital content
or premium features have not been used.
EU / UK Residents

Users residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom may exercise the right of
withdrawal within 14 days from the payment date, in accordance with applicable consumer
protection laws.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Digital content has been downloaded or premium features have already been used
- Membership benefits have been substantially utilized
- Automatic payment has occurred after the end of a free trial period
- Violations of the Terms of Service, account suspension, or service abuse have been confirmed
Partial Refunds

For subscription-based memberships, partial refunds for unused periods after service usage has
begun are not provided.

- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method or payment service provider.
